The Court reverses the court of appeals' denial of attorney's fees to Wife and reinstates the amount awarded by the family court. The Court finds that the family court properly considered Husband's beneficial results in determining the amount of the award as directed by the court of appeals.

Billy Joe Cartrette (Petitioner), an inmate at Ridgeland Correctional Institution, appeals the decision of the court of appeals finding that he is not an employee of Kwalu Furniture (Kwalu), a private sponsor, in a Prison Industry Enhancement Certification Program (PIECP); that he is not entitled to reimbursement of monies deducted from his gross prison industries pay for Victim Assistance programs; and that he is entitled to time-and-a-half pay for overtime hours he provided to Kwalu as part of the PIECP project. The Court dismissed this case as improvidently granted.
The Court affirms the trial court's grant of summary judgment.
